The client expressed their requirement for a logo design to represent a dessert restaurant. In support of this project, the client supplied a mood board which served as a foundation for the creative process. The design concept was inspired by a desire to convey a sense of playfulness and airiness. Given the restaurant's location in a quaint Mississippi town, I opted for a design approach that featured flat colors and clean lines to instill a sense of familiarity within the logo. In crafting the logo's typography, the "New Order" typeface offered an excellent selection of letter shapes, facilitating the creative exploration of the connection between the letters "G" and "J."
